Ordering and delivery terms

1. General information

Jugbitten Oy sells products to individuals over the age of 18 in Finland, and internationally when needed. All prices include VAT (25.5%) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms at any times.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed through the online store by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. An order becomes binding once payment has been completed. A confirmation email will be sent upon a succesful purchase.

3. Payment methods

Payments in the online store are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We accept the most common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) along with any other payment methods indicated at checkout.

4. Delivery

All orders are delivered directly by Posti Group Oyj or Shipit.fi logistics service. The delivery method is automatically selected based on your location – either to a pick-up point or to your home, depending on your region.

Shipping costs are fixed and clearly displayed in the cart before payment. Rates are based on the delivery zone (e.g. Finland, Nordic countries, EU, or rest of the world).

Delivery time varies depending on the product. The current estimate is always shown on the product page before ordering.
Below are some general examples:

  • Watches: estimated delivery time 1-3 weeks
  • Clothing: Made to order in batches, delivery time approximately 2-4 weeks after the order window closes.
  • Pre-order watches: estimated delivery time 3-8 weeks, depending on production batch and manufacturing schedule.

If you order multiple items at the same time (e.g., a watch and a T-shirt), we will ship them together whenever the estimated delivery times align. In this case, the delivery will follow the schedule of the item with the longest lead time. This helps us reduce unnecessary shipments and operate more responsibly.

If the estimated delivery times differ by more than one week, the items will be shipped in separate parcels.

EU orders:
Prices for EU customers include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Non-EU orders (e.g. USA):
For orders shipped outside the EU, prices do not include local customs duties, taxes, or other import-related fees. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by local authorities upon delivery.

5. Right of return

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

Returns must be arranged in advance by email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or defective.

6. Complaints and problems

If your product is lost, damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email immediately. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, send a replace or issue a refund.

7. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by reasons beyond our control, such as government regulations, delivery difficulties, labour disputes or other force majeure.
